YW Communication Handout

Here is the handout for today's YW lesson which I taught. I'm having lots of fun sewing in my scrapbooking lately. This one is simple yet elegant I think.

YW Peacemaker Handout

Tomorrow I teach my first YW lesson in our new ward. I'm a little nervous but also really excited. I don't actually know how many Laurels I will have but I'm hoping it's no more than 6 since that's how many handouts I made. :)

I had a lot of fun making these cute little houses. My sewing machine caused me a lot of stress but eventually I got it to work. I just love how well they turned out. I can't take credit for the idea though. The words are mine but the template came from the adorable Paper Cakes & Icing blog.

Having Fun

I'm working really hard at getting cards done right now. I'm having fun. My kids are also having fun trying to go through my entire scrapbook room while I work. Akk! These three cards are super simple but they were quick and easy to make which is a big 'plus' when you don't have much time. Enjoy.

I have been having some fun scraplifting to try and get the creative juices flowing again. I made this first card yesterday using as a reference one I'd found online a few months back.The inspiration for this second card came from my friend Jamie's blog.
