Super Saturday Cards
This year I searched high and low for a card online that I wanted to 'scraplift' because I didn't feel confident enough in my own ability to come up with one that I thought was cute enough. This is my take on a cute one I found. I hope the sisters like it. I will have various papers for the sisters to use this year but I am going to try to have more of the prep work done than I did last year so that the card is quicker and easier to assemble.

Congrats
Hi *Dragonfly*

I made this little card this morning using my fabulous Cricut Expression! Gotta love that thing! My 'hi' is a little off which bugs me but I couldn't really go back and fix it after I'd already stamped it so here ya go... Sorry it's been so long since I've posted anything creative. I just never get any "me" time anymore. :-)

Get Well Medicine Bottle
I have a sweet friend who just had surgery and so I made her this cute little medicine bottle this morning. It only took about 15 minutes. I used my cricut to cut out the "Get Well Soon." I just wish my camera had taken better photos. Sorry they are a little blurry. Normally I would have filled it with M&M's or chocolate chips but since my friend has to watch the sweets I filled it with Cheerios instead. :-)

*21*
Whenever I make scrapbook pages I love to save my scrap pieces of paper! I have always done this and find that now with the way the economy is going it is an even better idea. Here I used the scraps from my last page (as well as the layout design) to create a birthday card for my brother. Thanks for looking.

Caught White Handed
I'm trying to catch up a little on some of my older pictures. These are my twins 3 1/2 years ago. The day I discovered them dumping out their formula was the day I decided it was time to switch to cow milk. :-) Had fun using my Cricut to cut out the lettering and big symbol on the side of the bottom picture for this one. I'm loving that thing!
My Little BBQ Princess
I just love this picture of my little girl!! She's such a spunky little thing! I finished this layout this morning as part of a challenge where I had to use at least 3 butterflies. How convenient for me that my sweet sister-in-law Jen just gave me a bunch of adorable paper!! All of the patterned paper on this page comes from a DCWV paper pack called Garden Party. I cut out the blocks with my new Cricut!! :-)

Guest Sign-in
Our little guy was baptized this weekend. I wanted to create something special for him to be able to remember who had come to his baptism so I made these guest sign-in pages that we could add to his scrapbook album. I thought they turned out really nice. I wanted them to be simple yet elegant (and boyish at the same time).

Blank Cards
Wow, I hadn't realized it had been so long since I'd added anything to my blog! Sorry.
Here are some cards I made recently that I used as invitations. I made them up and then scanned them into my computer. Once they are on my hard drive I pull them up and I can add the text. I then upload them to a photo developing store and they print them like they were photos. They turn out so cute. I have used them for a couple of baby showers and then various other events. It's pretty fast and a fun way to invite somebody to something.
