This is one of those notebooks you see all over the place when school starts up again. I covered it with paper and embellishments. Way simple!

Ice Cream Monster

These pictures were actually taken last Summer and I'm just now getting around to doing something with them. Tate is such a funny little guy and it was such a HOT day that he just couldn't keep up with that melting ice cream. He had a blast though and that's what counts. Good thing I had lots of baby wipes in the car though. ;)

My Little Wyatt
This little guy will be 6 years old in a couple of months. It's hard to believe how fast time flies. I wanted to keep this page simple yet fun. I love stitching on my pages and using journaling strips is one of my favorite ways to journal. (I have his whole name written out but I edited it for my blog.) It's hard to believe this little guy was ever so small. He's a little spitfire now. :)

YW Peacemaker Handout
Tomorrow I teach my first YW lesson in our new ward. I'm a little nervous but also really excited. I don't actually know how many Laurels I will have but I'm hoping it's no more than 6 since that's how many handouts I made. :)
I had a lot of fun making these cute little houses. My sewing machine caused me a lot of stress but eventually I got it to work. I just love how well they turned out. I can't take credit for the idea though. The words are mine but the template came from the adorable Paper Cakes & Icing blog.

The inspiration for this second card came from my friend Jamie's blog.

Cupcake Card
It has been soooo long since I've been able to sit down and create something artsy with paper! I've wanted to but just haven't had a chance. I volunteered to make 10 cards for a church activity next week and so I figured I'd better get busy. I spent hours this week trying to figure out how to start. Having not done it in so long made me really rusty in the creativity department. It was agonizing! This is what I was able to come up with. Hopefully I'll have several others ready this week to share with you too.
I got the cute little cupcake stamp at Michaels in their dollar bins yesterday. :)
